MESC NOTICE

Members who are unemployed and receiving payment via a Debit Card or Direct Deposit need to go on Michigan Unemployment Agency web site www.michigan.gov/uia and click on the link called UIA Online Services for Unemployed Workers and register as a new user.  After you set up all your information you will be eligible to view and print your statement that will provide the weeks your unemployment payment is for. SUB Office will need that statement to process your request for SUB Check.
