Workers who exhaust their state unemployment insurance benefits
between now and March 2009 will be eligible to receive a 13 week
extension of unemployment benefits.

Workers who have already exhausted their unemployment
benefits after November 2006 and are still unemployed will be
eligible for a 13 week extension.

NELP estimates that 4 million workers over the next year will be
eligible for the extension, including 1.1. million workers who
will be immediately eligible for assistance.
