Testing will be held at the Union Hall on May 24th and 25th from 12:00 Noon to 7:00PM

Free of charge, the Insurance Fund is providing coronavirus antibody testing for you and your eligible dependents age five or older as part of the Building Trades Welfare Foundation-Mayo Clinic Laboratories COVID-19 Resilience Project. Testing is for vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals. The Resilience Project, focusing on participants in certain multiemployer funds across the Midwest, uses some of the highest reliability antibody tests available and provided one of the most well-respected research laboratories globally, Mayo Clinic Labs.

Testing will give you and your family important information about your health – whether you have protective antibodies from natural exposure to the virus or the vaccine, which can potentially prevent you from contracting COVID-19 or reduce the severity of symptoms if you do become infected. Few studies to date have examined multi-generational populations across such a large geographic area, which the Resilience Project anticipates will yield vital and relevant information about the spread and prevention of COVID-19.

Watch your mail for additional information about this testing and how to register.

PRIZES!!! Participants who register and test will be put into a drawing for gift cards from
area stores, as well as a drawing for two grand prizes donated by various vendors
supporting the project (not paid for by the Fund): a 4 night, 5 day stay at a deluxe Orlando
